What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

You will see postage charges at checkout, however, all items above £30 qualify for free UK delivery.

Please contact us for shipping prices outside the UK.

How long will delivery take?

Please refer to the individual descriptions as this can vary as a number of our items are made to order. 

The timescales given for personalised items start when we have received all the information that we need from you to start to create your order.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After receiving your order, we will carefully review it.  If we are happy with the details provided, we will continue to progress your order ready for shipping as soon as possible.

If we need further clarification, we will contact you to discuss your order.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes – as part of your order, you will receive an invoice.
